1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. All shipments are insured to protect your investment.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: Since our jewelry is expertly handcrafted, please allow 1-3 business days for order preparation and quality control.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $250 USD.
- For orders under $250 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly on our website or via the carrier's portal.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the USA, please note that any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders to the USA under $800 are typically exempt from import taxes.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@brightideajewels.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your jewelry.
