Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Bright Idea Jewels, every solid gold piece is made to order with care and shipped with full tracking and insurance.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. All shipments are insured.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
- Processing Time: each piece is made to order. Please allow 3–6 business days for production and quality control before shipping.
- Standard Shipping: delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.
3. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $150 USD.
- Free Shipping on all orders to Canada, with no minimum. Delivery to Canada takes 7–9 business days after dispatch.
- For orders under $150 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the USA, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Orders shipped to Canada have no customs fees or import duties to pay.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at hello@brightideajewels.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
