Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bright Idea Jewels, we are committed to delivering your 18K solid gold pieces safely and swiftly. Every order is handcrafted with care and shipped with full tracking for your peace of mind.

1. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. All shipments are insured to protect your investment.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days for order preparation and quality control.
• Standard Shipping (USA): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates

• Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $250 USD.
• For orders under $250 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

5. Customs & Duties Customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Most orders to the USA under $800 are typically exempt from import taxes.
